## What ZZD is

ZZD is an AI-native frontend creation and delivery platform. It combines a
live web IDE, deployable/shareable/forkable Shows, managed assets, optional
owner-scoped BaaS/services, discovery, and a reviewed marketplace. It is
useful for landing pages, portfolios, product stories, visualizations,
creative tools, games, SVG/canvas/WebGL/media/gesture experiences, and other
browser products.

It is not a VPS, arbitrary shell/database, private-system copier, scraper,
credential broker, or guarantee of revenue.

## Mandatory deployment flow

1. Use a user-controlled signed-in browser; never extract its credentials.
2. Create a `private=true`, `hidden=true` Show draft.
3. Set accurate metadata and genuinely live readable Pieces.
4. Upload/describe/bind project assets; pin suitable shared dependencies.
5. Add bound BaaS only for explicit data/realtime/job/service needs.
6. Pass rendered-experience and live-source-quality gates.
7. Validate blank desktop/mobile, real editor iframe, and ordinary embed.
8. Ask before publication; `private=false` controls access and
   `hidden=false` controls discovery.
9. Maintain with the same state matrix and a known-good rollback point.
10. Use a separate reviewed Sale to monetize a bundle of owned Shows.

## Capability status

Available now: public read-only docs/resources, signed-in browser use of the
normal product UI, and bound Show runtime APIs. This gateway does not issue
credentials and is not an unauthenticated remote mutation/MCP transport.
Proposed tool names are contract-only unless a future authenticated ZZD
capability discovery response explicitly returns them.
